What we do

If it can be cut, bent and welded, it is on the list.

We work in both stainless and mild steel and we will tell you which one your job actually needs — stainless is not always the right answer, and mild steel properly painted is not always the wrong one.

01

Motorised gate anti-lift hardening

Most sliding gates in this country can be lifted straight off their track by two people in under a minute. We stop that.

  • Anti-lift brackets welded over the track rollers
  • End stops and track caps so the gate cannot be run off the rail
  • Guide-roller housings reinforced or replaced
  • Motor bracket and rack checked for pry points

02

Security gate & burglar bar reinforcement

A gate is only as strong as the point where a crowbar goes in. We find that point and close it.

  • Anti-pry plating on the lock and hinge side
  • Hinge pins captured so the gate cannot be lifted off
  • Additional cross-members where the frame flexes
  • New gates and bars made to measure where reinforcing is not worth it

03

Palisade, fencing & toppings

Repairs to what is already there, or new work where the boundary is the weak point.

  • Palisade repairs, replacement pales and re-welds
  • Spike toppings and wall extensions
  • Gate posts straightened, re-set and braced

04

Carports & shade structures

Steel frames built to size for the space you actually have.

  • Single, double and awkward-shape carports
  • Shade-net and sheeting frames
  • Repairs and extensions to existing structures

05

Braais & braai enclosures

Built-in and freestanding, mild steel or stainless depending on where it lives and how hard it works.

  • Freestanding and built-in braai units
  • Stainless grids, trays and rotisserie fittings
  • Enclosures, hoods and spit frames

06

Gas bottle cages & storage

Lockable, ventilated and bolted down — so the bottle is still there next week.

  • Cages sized to 9kg, 19kg and 48kg bottles
  • Wall-mounted and floor-anchored
  • Ventilated to keep the installation sane

07

Stainless steel fabrication

Where rust is not an option — outdoors, near a pool, near the coast, or anywhere it has to still look new in five years.

  • Balustrades, handrails and railings
  • Counters, shelving and brackets
  • 304 for general work, 316 where salt or chlorine is involved
  • Finished to brushed or polished, not just welded and left

08

Any other stainless or mild steel fabrication

Your ideas are a WhatsApp away from reality. Send us a photo or a sketch on the back of an envelope — we will tell you if it can be made.

  • Brackets, frames, stands, trailers, repairs
  • One-off pieces made to your drawing or your description
  • On-site welding and repair work

Not sure which of those it is?

Neither are most people. Describe the problem in your own words and we will work out what it needs.
